poonam_k_sharma786 Hi

As per the prospectus available at official page i. e.       https://hp.online-counselling.co.in/admissions/onboardingRegistrationInstruction

To be eligible for state quota, you must have passed at least two exams (out of
middle or equivalent/matric or equivalent/10+1 or equivalent/10+2 or
equivalent) from the recognized schools or colleges situated in the State of
Himachal Pradesh and affiliated to ICSE/CBSE/HPBOSE or equivalent
Boards.

so, even if you haven't done 10th from Himachal Pradesh but if you have done your 11th and 12th from Himachal Pradesh then you will be eligible for state quota.
