What is icar exam and full details?
ICAR UG Entrance exam:
The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) conducts All India Entrance Examination for admission to Bachelor degree programme and award of National Talent Scholarship (AIEEA-UG) in agriculture and allied subjects.
Exam pattern/Syllabus: The exam will carry multiple choice based questions covering Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. The questions will be drawn from the topics taught during 11th and 12th classes in CBSC/ICSE/State Boards.
Based on the merit the counselling is conducted and students are given admission for the 15% of total seats in State Agricultural Universities and 100% seats in Deemed Universities of ICAR. The toppers of the examination will get seat as well as scholarship for their study. The number of seats, scholarships will be notified on the website along with application notification
