If we go through BA Bachelor in arts , it is an undergraduate 3years duration of course where  you can join after completion of 12th in any stream with minimum 35% its depends upon as college criteria and admission is based on merit list and some of college having their own entrance test .

But if we go trough MBA then you must pass undergraduate programme then after only you can apply for MBA .

but in MBA the career scopes is high rather then BA.
