The SAT is an entrance exam used by most colleges and universities, in over 60 countries to make admissions decisions. The SAT is a multiple-choice, pencil-and-paper test created and administered by the College Board.  You can pursue Undergraduate degree with SAT scores, and get jobs in the field you choose.

SAT is a standardized test which is administered by College Board, and people who are seeking admission to undergraduate schools in USA are required to take it. You can pursue different degrees after taking the SAT exam, you need to be more specific about which degree yo're talking about.
