Hey,
In your question you don't have mentioned your state and your respective category, so it's of course quite difficult for us to make any accurate comment about your admission possibilities.
Still I'm providing you a basic information regarding your query.
If you're a General-UR candidate, then you have to secure atleast 585-90 marks (all India General Merit rank: 10658 - 12808 ) to get admission in Government MBBS college through 15% AIQ and in case of 85% State quota 550-60 marks (rank: 22096 - 26246 ) is enough to grab Government seats. If you're looking for Government BDS college, then you've to manage atleast 530-40 marks (General Merit rank: 31402 - 42552 ) for AIQ and 470-80 marks (rank: 69178 - 81328 ) for Home State quota.

Hello,
See that totally depends upon your score and the closing ranks and moreover on the state you belong. The aiq last year gave it's first seat on 701 marks and the last seat government was alloted on 15671 rank that sums up to marks between 580-571
That varies every year and it is more likely to change based on your category. See the general category hot to score higher than rest . So if you belong to obc, sc, st, nt you are more probable to get government colleges on the score lower than the cut off.
