what is latest update from jamia hamdard University. are they willing to conduct entrance exams for Bsc and Msc course? or it will be on the basis of merit without entrance exams?

Hello Aspirant,
As per the latest notification issued by Jamia Hamdard University regarding entrance exams. all entrance exams have been cancelled and admission which are to be through entrance exams will now be conducted on merit basis in qualifying examination. This initiative has been taken by the authorities in the wake of COVID-19 and moreover on-site has also been cancelled for this year, only online counselling would be preferred.

what is meant by qualifying examination. isn't it similar to entrance exam? means we have to go center and give exam or what pls clarify it. i am unable to understand

No it's not an entrance examination, for bachelor's course it is class 12th exam and for Master's Bachelor's exam is the qualifying exam.
