Linguistic Minority means, a group of people speaking a minor language in a particular area or place. Basical. It is a reservatoon provided to tjose people who speak a minor language in a particular area or place.
Like, people speaking french in United Kingdom or people speaking pharsi in India, are a Linguistic minority.
So this reservation is provided on the language spoken by a person.

Shreya, the linguistic minority in NEET exam is a type of quota given to the students depending on their domicile or mother tongue. If you want to know about the quota in National level or in the State level of Karnataka where linguistic minority status is given to Tamil, Telugu, Kodava & Tulu of Karnataka only. So, it varies for the colleges depending on their location. Whereas some of the national level colleges like AIIMs don't have any quota like this.
