Dear Aspirant,
There is no as such major difference between BBA and BMS. Both the courses are equivalent. But BMS is mostly offered by government universities like Delhi, Mumbai. While BBA is popular among private universities. So depends upon you from where you want to pursue BBA/BMS. Even for further studies, both these courses have equal value.
