As you have not mentioned your Caste Category, I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it. C ut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
~ Difficulty level of the exam
~ Number of students appeared in the exam
~ Caste Category of the students, etc

Based on previous year's cut-offs, for your ICAR rank it is difficult to get seat in good Colleges but you can try by applying for counselling and you can even try for Management quota seats in good Colleges.
