Pankaj JEE Advanced is one of the exams which is totally unpredictable in terms of the paper format and the total marks. Each year one of the 7 old IITs conduct the exam and they always put up the different types of questions in the paper with different marking scheme (both positive and negative for a question), with a different number of questions and the total marks of both the paper.
Lat year total number of question in both the paper 1 and 2 were 108 with a total mark of 366 which was conducted by IIT Bombay but this time JEE Advanced 2018 exam is conducted by IIT Kanpur and what's going to be format and marks we will get to know only after the exam is conducted on 20th May 2018. It always changes year after year. for example in 2015 paper 1 was 264 marks while paper 2 was 240 marks. While in 2014 P-1 was 180 and P-2 also 180 marks
