MBA is called Masters in Business Administration. You can specialise in various fields like finance, human resource, marketings etc and the course will enable you to take up good managerial jobs in corporate companies mainly.
MCA is Masters in Computer Applications which means a specialisation in the field of computer hardware and software. Jobs for this field are mainly in the software companies and MCA people are considered equal to B.tech people.

If you are interested and good at programming and mathematics and want to see yourself as a Software Developer in the future, then go ahead with MCA.
