Hey! Hi Tushar.
The GOBCS stands for the GENERAL OBC CATEGORY CANDIDATE whereas LOBCS stands for LADIES OBC CATEGORY CANDIDATE.
These are two different criteria categories for SEAT ALLOTMENT.
