No you will have to carry either the ball or the pencil for carrying out the rough calculations according to the rules and the regulations prescribed by the concerned board of the examinations. And the institute can also provide the staionary but that will be entirely upon the discretion of the examination authority so never worry be ready and carry your own stationary items never rely upon the exam centres.
