Hope you are doing great.
Carry forwarding of practical marks means do you want to add same practical marks which you have got previous year.
If you filled yes , than that marks will be added and if you filled no, You have to give freshly new practicals for each subject as per the instructions given by the board. You should have added the board for which you are appearing for more clearance.
