Hello there,

Domicile quota means that you will are a resident of that state.

See different states have different criteria like for most of the states( like west Bengal, Maharashtra, kerela  and others)if you pass class 12th and 10th from that state you will get domicile certificate whereas states like Tamil Nadu provide certificate only to the ones who study 7th,8th,9th grade in TN.


So you need to specify which state you need domicile certificate from.
