State quota is for the students hailing from corresponding state of the respective campus. The opposite is open quota. For example a student from Tamil Nadu is an open quota candidate for Amritapuri campus and state quota for cbe campus. Coming to the next question, Amrita has a special quota for Andra students. So with this rank it night be difficult. Anyways this can be determined only after counseling starts
