An open university is a university  with an open-door academic policy  , with minimal or no entry requirements . Open universities may employ specific teaching methods, such as open supported learning  or distance education .

Yes you can do, but you have to be very organised at home and at work to find time to complete all the work involved.

Dear Student,

By studying in open university you don't have to pay high fees as fees is quite low for studying in open university you don't need to go to classroom and travel you can study from any remote area like while doing job or even at the comfort of your home so it is flexible,portable as you can study online.The degree you will be awarded with after the completion of your course will be UGC approved.It is suitable for those who has not scored very good marks in graduation and someone who has gap year due to any personal issues.However,Both working proffessional or non working can pursue study in open university
