What is meant by Political Safeguard? Who are the beneficiaries of this policy? How far is such a safeguard justified?

Hello aspirant.....political safeguard means a measure such as law or procedure,designed to prevent something undesirable there were miltiple safeguards to prevent the accidentak release of virus.

Low intrest rates are offering the opperetinity to safeguard their financial futures ,the nation that spillovers are symptoms of a well functioning systems after all would  only justify tolerating them ,but this is an account of the pilitical safeguard of horizontal federalism .

The beneficiaries of this policy are people who are using this policy and peoples are schedule castes/schedule tribes/other backward classes and minority groupes likes shikhs,muslim,christans.....
