By temporary campus it is meant that the place where the classes will be held is not the permanent place where you will attend classes throughout your course and the Institute is in the process of shifting to a permanent campus. Whether the temporary campus has all the facilities or not that you are looking for can only be verified by visiting vfhe campus.
