These are the certificates which you will get after completion of the academics as in X, 12

As you have completed your MBBS you will Get your certificates if not you may consult to your college administration

You may think the migration certificate and transfer certificate as same but let me clearly tell you the meaning that

Migration certificate is issued by the university after finishing university exam. The certificate is used when you change your board or university.

Transfer certificate is issued when you pass out. Therefore, you must have it with you as you are going to collect your final certificates. And also if you are willing to change your university in the middle of your academics you need to have transfer certificate.

As in class 12th we get different certificates like transfer certificate, passing certificate and migration certificate. Similarly, after completing MBBS degree the institute has to provide a transfer certificate course completion certificate, migration certificate and conduct certificate etc. So if you dont have a migration certificate you will have to ask the institute from where you completed your MBBS, to provide you a migration certificate.
