You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment .
In neet 2019, 455 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting Government quota mbbs seat in C.U. Shah Medical College, Surendranagar under Gujarat State quota

But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should target at least 475 marks in your neet 2020 examination to be on the safer side

last year in neet 2019 cut off for obc category for
C.U. Shah Medical College, Surendranagar was 418 marks, so for neet 2020 , you should target 450 marks to be on the safer side
