You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, for example in 2018, the cut offs for various Categories for Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Rohtak Medical College have been as follows:

General Category: 486

BC-A: 523

BC-B:555

SC: 460

This is for Rohtak Medical College. But talking about GMC's the cut offs have been as follows:

General Category: 486(Pt. Bhagwat Sharma)

BC-A:494 (Shaheed Hasan)

BC-B: 514 (Shaheed Hasan)

SC: 409 (BPS Govt. Medical College)

Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for a seat in 2020, you will need to score more than 50-75 marks than those mentioned against your Category. As per the 2018 cutoffs, the cutoff was 535 marks. Last year it was 548 marks. Kalpna Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal had 547 cutoff marks. ESIC Faridabad had 523 cutoff marks. Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak had 486 cutoff marks which was the least in the state. All these cutoffs are for the general category. Having said this cutoffs keep fluctuating from year to year as they depend on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, etc.

And also from this year AIIMS jipmer are merged into single entrance exam ie NEET. So can't guarantee you anything cutoff marks. Try to score around and above 550 to be on the safer side.
