The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exact. As per the last year the cutoff rank for AIQ 15% is 8347 & cutoff marks was more than 560. And state quota cutoff varies state to state.

As per previous year trend, the safest score should be approx 560 (AIQ) and state cut off depends which state you belong to so please be specific with it.
