The admission to NITs is done through JEE Main on the basis of cutoff as determined by the colleges. If you want to get admission to an NIT, you need around 80-90 percentile and a rabk of minimum 15,000-20,000 to get admission.It also depends on the reservation policy of the respective institute.

You have not mentioned the NIT or IIIT you are interested in. So, I will try to answer your question with NIT Trichy which is one of the top NITs.
So, the closing rank for OBC NCL in CSE was 2008 in round 6 in 2020 under Home State Quota.
For Other State Quota, the rank was 242.
As you can see these are category ranks and there is no exact category rank vs marks chart available, so exact marks cannot be unknown but tentatively, it should be above 160 marks, which should land you in a decent NIT or IIIT.
