Dear Sir / Ma'm, after all the rounds of counselling in the All India quota counselling as well as the state counselling, whatever seats are left they become part of the mop-up round counselling. Students who have not got a seat till the last round of counselling, but have hopes of getting a seat, participate in the mop-up round. State counselling has generally lower cut-off than all india. To be on the safer side, students are advised to keep a score of 470 and above. However, it depends from state to state. Since, you haven't mentioned your state, we were unable to come up with further information.
