No doubt it depends on your interest and well as what benefits you most in India. Mechatronics engineering is not that known to students but yes students are keen to know about this course whereas mechanical engineering has been in demand these many years. So incase you have interest in robotics, micro processors and controllers and programing then mechatronics is a good option for you. Passion, performance and experience definitely leads to good results in long run.
