As you have mentioned that you have secured 95 percentile in JEE Mains, so according to EWS Quota  your rank would be around 7000 which is fine according to the quota . You may get admitted to National Institute of Technology but not with good branch in top National Institutes as top NIT's require atleast 98 percentile to get lower branch in it.

In 6th round of josaa counselling 2020,   7517 ews rank for ewd category for gender neutral   got a seat in  National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar for biotechnology.

This has been predicted on the basis of past year data but  closing rank changes every year due to factors like number of students that appeared in the jee main, difficulty level of the paper for different shifts of jEE main etc so
