It is very difficult to predict the exact percentile due to following reasons i.e no. of students appered for exam on that day, difficulty level of exam etc.
As you got 190 marks in JEE MAINS so your percentile may varies in between 99.59 - 99.68 (it is just estimation)

As per the previous year trends, with a marks of 190 in JEE MAINS session 4 on September 1st, shift 2, you can expect a percentile in the range 99.11 - 99.19. As per experts, the paper was moderately easy.
