Hi aspirant ..!!

Hope you doing great I would like to tell you that there is no hard and fast rule in predicting your rank. Just marks and board marks cannot help in the prediction of rank cause it also depends upon the number of students that will participating in the process or will be registering for the same.

And for free engineering in my knowledge there is no college who can give you free engineering yes offcourse you can get scholarship.
