JEE Advanced is conducted by IITs for admission to various undergraduate engineering courses. It is conducted in May end week and results are declared in June second or third week containing all India rank and category rank of each  candidate.

As you asked, based on previous year data your sc category rank for 173 marks in JEE  Advanced might be in range 100-300 and your all India rank can be 5000-7000.
