If you are asking about the route to civil engineering. Then first you need to appear for the entrance exam required for admission in engineering colleges. Then wait for result and then apply for engineering admission by filling forms in internet cafes. And then wait for result of the rounds and see wether you are selected in any colleges you have chosen while filling the form. Then go to the college and take the admission and pay the fees.
