Hello ,

National Defence Academy or NDA is an academy where students who wants to pursue their career in Indian Forces are trained . This is the joint services academy of the Indian Armed Forces where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Forces train together before they go on to respective service academy for further pre-commission .

For this you have to qualify NDA exam . It has two papers one for Mathematics and other is General Ability test , both papers together hold 900 marks . After papers if you qualify cutoff you will be called for physical test and Interview and based on that you will get selected . There are 418 vacancies in all three forces together as per announcement of UPSC this year .

NDA stands for National Defence Academy. It is the field which provides entry to the aspiring candidates into the defence services in India.
The vacancies for NDA are provisional and can change every year. For the year 2020, the total vacancies are 370. This includes 208 candidates for Army, 42 for Navy and 120 for Air force.
