Hello Dear,
State category rank is a rank which you get admission among candidates of that category appeared in the exam. The Candidates who possess a Domicile Certificate / Residential Certificate / Residence and Date of Birth Certificate issued from the competent authority other than Maharashtra state are not eligible under this category.
