See NEET All India Quota(AIQ) counselling is conducted by DGHS on the behalf of MCC for admission to :-
In ESIC, 15% seats will be filled with AIQ counselling and the rest 85% will be filled by the respective state quota counselling.
Till now MCC, the counselling authority for AIQ counselling has not released any notification or any announcement regarding dates for NEET 2021 counselling so at this point of time it would be very difficult to guide you with the schedule of NEET 2021 counselling for AIQ seats.
But it is expected to start anytime soon so you should keep regular check on the official website of MCC as given below :-

NEET Counselling 2021 date, Process, Allotment Fee details will be discussed here.
