The National Entrance Screening Test is commonly known as NEST. It is an examination conducted jointly by National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Mumbai for admissions to integrated MSc programmes on offer in these institutes.
If you are interested in applying for the integrated MSc programmes in NISER and UM-DAE CEBS then you can fill NEST 2019 application form, which is now available.
NEST 2019 will be conducted in as many as 91 cities across India. The three and half hour duration paper of NEST 2019 will be administered in a computer-based mode in two different sessions. NEST 2019 will have objective-type questions with multiple-choice answer options. The questions of NEST 2019 will be based on the syllabus of 10+2 standard.
NISER is a deemed university and you can also pursue M.Sc in Chemistry there by giving this entrance.
The last date to register for this entrance is 11 March 2019. And examination will be possibly held on 1 June 2019.
