Hi there,
Non cap seats in the MHTCET are the management quota seats.
These seats are available in different colleges of Maharashtra.
Basically these are the seats which can directly fetch you seats in some colleges by paying donation amount.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct MHT CET 2019 seat allotment through a Centralized Allotment Process ( CAP ) in online mode in three rounds .
