Dear aspirant,

Actually every PWD candidate that gives JEE mains is eligible for JOSAA counseling. This is by the virtue of 5 percent reservation for this category. The thing is out of 2,50,000 students that are being selected to give JEE advance, a 5% which is 12,500 students from PWD are allowed to give JEE advance. The thing is only around 10 thousand PWD candidates give the exam. So, every single other candidate from PWD that gives the exam is eligible for JOSAA counseling. Last year in percentile system the closing percentile was 0.011 , which is almost around the last rank. For 2018 , in mark system, -35 mark was the cutoff in JOSAA counseling for JOSAA.

Hope this helps you!
