Hey Anwesha,
All the best for your upcoming NEET examination.
Here is my suggestion and is completely okay to change the timing as per your schedule. Plan your day study plan and night study plan according to your coaching classes, as now the classes are completely online, accordingly set your night study time. Make sure you get 6hours of sleep as sleep is important for better memory.
First, start with a easy and interesting subject maybe biology.
Then dive deeper into physics which is comparatively difficult as per the feedbacks of many students and then end up your study with a bit of chemistry.
If you don't have coaching then follow this timetable
Wake up : 9:00 am
9:30 -10:30 : Biology
10:30 - 11:00 : Breakfast
11:00 - 12:00pm : Physics
12:00 - 12:15 : Rest
12:15 - 2:15 : Chemistry
2:15 - 3:00 : Lunch and rest
3:00 - 5:00 : Physics
5:00 - 5:30 : Exercise
5:30 - 7:30 : Biology
7: 30 - 8:30 : Lunch and other entertainments
8:30 - 10:30 : Biology
10:30 - 10:45 : Rest
10:45 - 12:45 : Physics
12:45 - 1:00 : Rest

Sleep by 3:00 am
In day study, whatever mock test papers you solve, please try to recheck all the answers and try to solve it again in the night time, by practicing the mock test and knowing your mistakes and resolving them will give you a lot of confidence and slowly your score also will improve.
Remember to eat healthy and hydrate yourself.
