Hello,
Pharm D means Doctor of pharmacy. It is a 6 year course and the eligibility of this course is 10+2 level and admission is by entrance exams like MET, GPAT, SRMJEE, NIMSEE etc. But make sure you have Maths and Chemistry as your compulsory subjects and biology or maths as optional. There are many job profiles available like Pharmacists, drug expert, Clinical pharmacist, lecturer, drug advisor etc. There are also many top recruiters. So make sure you have admission in good colleges.
Some colleges include -
• JSS college of pharmacy, Mysore
• PSG college of pharmacy, Coimbatore
• Integral university, Lucknow
• Dayananda sagar university, Banglore
Both b pharmacy and Pharm D are good but main difference is that pharm D is a sort of clinical practice and more hand in experience but B pharm has practical and reserach oriented process. So job wise Pharm D is good. But make sure you choose wisely and give your best.
