What is placement report 2019.

I think you are talking about placement report in Chandigarh university. So I want to tell you something very serious in this answer that these universities fool their students and parents by showing the placement statistics in wrong manner. This university conducts pool placement where you have to compete with approx 3000 students as they allow all their campuses to take placement at same place . Even 3000 is also less . They have 1000+ students in CSE branch only so you can think of the competition. But they call lot of companies and some of them are biggies also still they don't have any pressure on them to take their students like other colleges. It is obvious that in 1000s of students companies will find some good students and they advertise it a lot.

As of 2019 placement are still going on and musigma, seimens, hp, dell etc visited the campus but only handful students are selected out of them.
