Politics is the set of activities associated with the governance of a country, state or an area. It involves making decisions that apply to groups of members.
Anthropologists generally recognize four kinds of political systems which are Band Society and Tribe (together called Uncentralized System) and Cheifdom, Sovereign state (in together called Centralized), Supranational political systems, Empires and Leagues.
There are three types of political systems that sociologists consider:
- Authoritarianism
- Monarchy
- Democracy
