Pooled Campus Placement, is like a Generic Job Fair for a Particular Company, and students from Colleges across the State or that Particular City apply for the Placement. Like for Example, Cognizant starts a Pooled Placement Drive in the City of Ranchi for Students of Jharkhand, and Students across NIT Jamshedpur, NIFFT, BIT Mesra, IIT ISM, BIT Sindri and many other Engineering Colleges apply for the Placement Process. From HR Perspective, Pooled Campus Drive is beneficial as it helps to segregate and sort best talent in a shorter time, instead of hopping across Campuses.
