What is preferred option after mopup means in registration for counseling?

Dear aspirant, it mean the college you prefer to have seat in after the mopup round of counselling ifyou are not alloted a seat in that round. It usualy do not shows government colleges because the seats of government colleges are already filled till the mopup round of counselling.
