- Online application form for aspiring candidates is available at the website by paying the application processing fees.
- An application ID and Password is generated after payment of fees. The candidate should Log In into his account and fill the application form online.
- The candidate is required to take a print-out of the Online Application Form and get it verified at the nearest Facilitation Centre (FC). He/She should produce his/her Original 10th, 12th, B.Tech/B.E certificates, print-out of the Application Processing Fee receipt and all other required documents during the verification process. This will confirm his/her application
- The Provisional Merit List of all the different types of candidates will be displayed on the DTE website
- After this in a couple of days the final merit list will be displayed on the website.
- Considering his/her relative position in the Final Merit list, the candidate should fill minimum 1 and maximum 300 choices of institutes, in the correct order, through their login. The candidate is required to confirm the order of the choices himself/herself and not from the FC officer. This should be done before the CAP Round 1.
- Provisional Allotment of CAP Round 1 will be displayed on the website, accessible to the candidate through his login.
- The candidates who have been allotted a college and are satisfied with their allotment are required to Report and Accept the offered seat at one of the Admission Receipt Centers. If a candidate is not satisfied with his/her allotment, he/she can go to the next round by reporting at one of the Admission Receipt Centers. This goes on for 3 or 4 rounds.
- Once the last CAP round is over, vacant seats remaining in Autonomous and Government colleges are displayed on the DTE website. Based on these vacancies an Additional Round is conducted. All those who have got a seat as well as those who have not got a seat are eligible for this round. The candidate is required to fill the Option Form again for this round.
- If a candidate previously holding a seat gets allotted a new seat through the additional round, he has no option but to accept the new seat. He/she loses his old seat.

Dear Nirav, the Post Graduate courses in the College of Engineering Pune, will be filles in by the GATE scores. The seats in this college at an Institute level will be filled after the Additional Round of CAP hrough relevant GATE scores. However only nonsponsored GATE students are eligible for AICTE stipend. Once the official notification is released, you can fill in their forms by visiting their official website. For admission in this college, you should fill in their Scrutiny form, Admission form and University Eligibility form. You should also get an notarized affidavit done with a Rs. 100/- stamp for Anti Ragging Affidavit format. There is a list of documents that you need to carry along with you at the time of admission. They will be released along with he official notification. After the submission of forms, you make a payment and secure your seat. At this point in time, the notification for this college hasnt been released yet. Hope this helps.
