The national upgradation round is for those candidates who have been allowed Seats in the previous rounds and have current willingness as sliding/floating. They can choose to freeze their seats in this round, or choose internal sliding. The activities of each of the rounds is published on ccmt-2019 website.

The alloted seat in round 3 will it still be retained if we go for national upgradation round?
