Radiology is a branch of medicine that deals with diagnostic images of anatomic structures made through the use of electromagnetic radiation or sound waves and also the treatment of diseases through the use of radioactive compounds.
Radiology is divided into 2 parts; diagnostic and interventional radiology.
For Radiology, after the 12th exam, you can pursue diploma courses, Bsc course, certification courses or master courses.
There are many great colleges in India good in Radiology, in fact most colleges good in medicine are equally good in Radiology.
There is an increased need of educated and professional radiology technologists in hospitals which the demand will keep on increasing.
