I have done with my couselling last year I never ever heard about registration certificate and there is no certificate available like it in couselling may be your mistaken please correct your query . I think it's not registration certificate it's about registration process to book your slot to attend couselling and for local or non local there is no such certificate (registration certificate)

Please carry the following documents in original with a self-attested photocopy of each document for verification, along with a printout of this letter and score card. The original documents will be returned to you immediately after verification : (i) 4 Colour passport size photographs (ii) Certificate of passing Grade 12 or equivalent examination. (iii) Certificate from the board from which he/she passed the Grade 12 examination (iv) Certificate from the prescribed authority showing that he/she belongs to a Schedules Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/OBC (Non-Creamy) category. (vi) Valid PWD Certificate (Applicable only for Person with Disabilities) (vii) Copy of all years Graduation marksheets/self-attested copy of final year appearing (for MBA & M.Des Programmes only) (viii) Undertaking from the candidate who is seeking provisional Admission (Annexure-‘A’) (ix) Medical fitness certificate (Annexure ‘B’)
