If you fulfil the eligibility criteria you can apply for the IPU CET application form. The application process for IPU CET 2017 is now available, from February 16 onwards. The last date to fill and submit the application form of IPU CET 2017 is May 1.
For admission year 2017-18, Aadhaar Card is required while filling the application form, however, it's optional and not mandatory.
