Hello,
The Government College of Engineering, Rajkot is a public college in Rajkot, well known for the Engineering courses. The college offers B.E courses in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects or any other examination.
The candidate should have obtained a valid cutoff score in GUJCET examination.

No. The Government Engineering College of Rajkot does not accept the JEE Mains score. The admissions are provided only on the basis of GUJCET Exam. The other eligibility criteria for admission is given below:
Nationality – Indian nationals are eligible to appear in the exam.
State Eligibility – The candidate needs to be a bona-fide resident of Gujarat. In such cases where the candidate is a bona-fide resident but is residing in another, the candidate is eligible to appear in the admission process.
Academic Qualification – The candidates must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) exam from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar/CBSE Delhi/CISCE New Delhi/NIOS/International School Board. Candidates who are appearing in their final exam in 2020 are also eligible.
Qualifying Marks – Minimum required aggregate score in 45% marks ( reserved category candidates need 40% marks).
