what is RTI act and how it works and can this act helps in refund for registration fess according to UGC guidelines when college is not refunding registration fess
RTI - Right to Information Act.
This act will lead you that how to get your refund. But it won't get back your refund. You just go to the post office and buy RTI stamp which cost around 10rs. Then write down your questions in a white paper. Then that letter to whom you want to ask.
From post office you will get a receipt. After the letter you send, within 30 days the official should reply you back. So surely you will get a reply.
Just ask question that you asked here. Ask why I can't get refund or what is the process or mistake is mine or yours or how to get it kind of.
